16 minutes on hold for a price for service then acts like he can't hear me when he gets back on the phone. $ 595.00 to put in a $30 part. Unprofessional!

The commercial on TV stated 20% off on all Jeep Comanche. But it was false advertising. They did have vehicles at that deal but only 7 and not one was a Jeep Comanche. False advertising is against the law. I'd advise that you use another dealer, I know I will be doing so next time I buy a new car. We did buy a Journey SXT but it's the last car we will buy there. We arrived at 4pm and didn't leave until 10pm. We're pretty sure the first dealer we spoke to was on drugs but the guy who finished the deal was polite and professio... read more

I haven't bought a new car in over 20 years so needless to say I was very nervous. Ryan Winslow was the gentleman who ended up selling me my car was not only patient, informed and knowledgeable I could tell by his enthusiasm that he really believed in the product he was introducing to me. Not only am I thrilled with my purchase but I found the whole experience to be rather pleasant and not at all what I expected to be having while going through the car buying process at any dealership.

I saved 225.00$ buying my filters on line and having my local Ford dealer do the work.Don,t take my word for it call , get prices, go on line and compare
