Service was slow. The time before this one I need an oil change. I waited 2.5hours in the waiting area I only to find out it had not even begun. So I left without it. This time I was in for a recall. The service man told me it would done in 3 hours it took 8. I called back several times only to put on hold the last hold was 30 minutes. I'm done with this service Department. �

We bought a 2016 Durango, our saleswoman was Delilah. She is absolutely wonderful. Made our experience stress free. Although our vehicle didn't come with a second key, or floor mats, John the sales Manager went ahead and got those for us. Thank you John and Delilah.
