I had the worst service ever at this dealership,after 850$ and three times of taking my car back with the same problem(my engine light on)I have tried for months to get service manager or GM(who’s VMail is always full) to call me back,I’ve left numerous messages with their receptionist and gotten no response.I would like a refund so I can go to a mechanic that can fix the problem,do not take your vehicle here,terrible customer service.

I've gotten the worst service at my jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. I had to take my truck back for recalls. Long story short one of the parts that was on the recall notice is broken making my truck unsafe to drive and they were unwilling to provide me with A vehicle with the same means of transportation as my truck. I needed a vehicle that can tow a trailer. They could not give me answers as to how soon my truck could be repaired.
