Great gym people are friendly and helpful everybody's there to lift and get down to business great atmosphere and is ran superb i recommend this gym to anyone I'm there least 5 day's a week love it ���
This is a great gym, the best Maysville has to offer. What a great atmosphere and knowledgeable owner! Matt is the best. I have been a member for a full year and I have made great progress under his guidance. My A1c has dropped from an unhealthy 7.2 to a normal 5.6 during my time there. I have never felt better!
