Scammed us after making us wait two hours with 3 kids and 2 babies. There’s a class action lawsuit for a reason
Jorge and Tiffany were a massive help , even doubled backed to find the exact glasses I was looking for, will for sure be returning
I called in advance to see what offers where available. The manager told me $250 for the cost. I drove all the way to the store. Spoke with the same person. I asked several times the confirmation was of the price. He come at least 3x it’s was $250. I do the paperwork and I get ready to see the eye dr. I even asked him. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This location was a complete disaster. I went twice to get my eyes checked. The first time, they gave me a prescription for contact lenses. I paid for the lenses, but they didn’t work for me. When I went back to complain, they told me the prescription was wrong. The second time I went, they told me I didn’t even need a prescription and that I saw better without lenses. I believe we become angels 😇 for each other - walking each other home🏞 We are surrounded by angels, And Tiffany is definitely one❣ I was struggling with an old pair of eyeglasses, because I can't afford new ones without insurance. The temples completely broke off BOTH SIDES. She replaced the temples for me, AND replaced the discolored nose pads for fresh ones, too❣ She did a beautiful job - they look better than new🥰 I am so grateful for her philanthropy 🤗 God Bless US All 🇺🇸
