Everyone there is so nice and helpful
They don't tell you that the eye exam is VIRTUAL!! Bad experience! Got my glasses and could not see!!!! Turns out every 2 weeks they have an eye doctor in the store ( NEVER TOLD ME THIS EITHER!!!) Had to book an appt with him to get my eyes checked a second time ( after waiting weeks for an appt). Turns out he gave me a completely DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION than the virtual doctor. I started in January did not get my correct glasses till March. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go to Target, much better!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately had a awful experience with STATON Optical store at Pembroke Pines. On Dec 2024 I visited their store to order reading glasses, after visiting their store several time, decided to ask my money back, after almost three months of a back and forth. The first time went to pick up the glasses, the order was not correct, instead of reading glasses they gave me driving glasses, so they had to do the order again. Two appointments two hour waits not worth your time a scam really . Read the other reviews still have it a try as a patient paying out of pocket being passed over by walk ins. During your appointment time or losing your zoom call consultation results after a retake in office and having to return to actually see the doctor with the same ineffective treatment from the first visit . Not worth your time. please read the comments it’s a scam.
Told warranty was fully covered (during purchase) within a year (nothing out of pocket)… call 11 months later and learn I will be charged over $100 dollars to get my frames fixed
