I been here twice and walked out twice, they treat you with kindness, but there prices are ridiculous I used to go to another eye doctor and because I got a eye insurance I decided to come here since it was in network, they still charging $80 for contact eye exam, not only that, I walked in at 2:50pm 10 minutes before my appointment and they told me it would be a 2-3 HOUR wait time to see the doctor and do my exam and asked to do the virtual option, if I am going to pay $80 I rather it be done with the doctor but no my apt i... read more
Let me start out by saying I would never return to this establishment in a million years. I cannot tolerate when a business is dishonest, misleading, and simply cruel in their practices. This establishment is filled with lies and deception. They advertise a promotional sale (or so you believe) that claims you can get a complimentary exam with the purchase of one frame, plus a second one free. However, that is not true. I had the worst customer experience of my life with this company. I went to get an exam done and I had to go twice because the system was down both days when I walked in, I made an appointment after to be sure I would be seen at the Davie location and the doctor doing the exam is remote and acted like a robot I obviously expected an actual person there doing the exam I’ve never seen that before, after a while of getting my contacts I had some issues with the contacts being blurry so I tried following up for assistance but th... read more
I came to Stanton Optical for my daughter to have her prescription retested by the doctor. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM. Between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM, she was pulled in and out multiple times for pre-tests but never actually saw the doctor. Then we were told by Robert that the doctor was backed up with appointments and it would be a couple more hours before she could be seen. It's the worst site. I wish I hadn't gone to my yearly checkup. The technician was an old lady who didn't seem too interested in working. The worst part is that there aren't any doctors. The doctor is VIRTUAL, and they don’t tell you anything until you enter into the “doctor’s room”. The "doctor" was a young Chinese lady working remotely over the computer.
