I booked an appointment for today between 330-4pm. Golda never called me or texted to say she was running behind until I contacted her, which was at 4pm. When I asked for an estimated time for her to come over, she advised me it would be two more hours. Needless to say we are still waiting! She’s not responded to my texts asking for an update. Completely unprofessional! I’ll take my business elsewhere
Owner very unclear and seemingly deceitful on pricing for services, ended up being charged double what i was quoted. Cleaning was good, but there are much better priced services that are more open and honest.
RecommendedThese ladies did such an amazing job, i literally called friday afternoon and they were able to get me an appointment saturday at 9am. I had arrends to run while they were cleaning and i came home to the cleaniest house i could ever imagine. It has never looked as good as it did. I own 2 big very shedding dogs & have 2 kids so its hard to keep everything clean, they went above and beyond and kept me informed the entire time. Great pricing for a deep clean. Dissatisfied with My Cute Maid. I paid $350 for my new house to be cleaned. After the girls left they took stuff from my house. When I contacted My Cute Maid they said that the girls did not take things out of my house. They also had to send another girl to try to clean the things that the first girls did not clean. The girls went into my storage room without permission and removed things from my storage room. I feel like I was taking advantage of, not only did I pay them to "somewhat" clean my new house I also paid them to ... read more

Heather did a great job cleaning my house! My oven glass hasn’t looked this good since we bought it. Also, my 3 year old loved her.
