There isn't really enough I can say in a review to express my gratitude to My Certified for the amazing customer service I have received. I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion with under 66k miles at the end of June 2020. I started having issues within 2 weeks as it was leaking coolant into the cylinder head. Even though I purchased a warranty, and all of the pre-purchase inspections showed no sign of failure, the warranty company would not cover the repair. Called several times always goes to voicemail. Leave a voicemail no return call nothing. Call for service and they act like they have no clue as to what's going on. sure was very helpful to sell me my car ten grand out the door cash. I'm actually kinda disappointed that I even bought an import should have just stuck to chevy. Oh I think you will be very happy with this car blah blah blah
Had an awesome experience with Brad and Dan. They got me financed, with no cosigner, even though I have bad credit.
Fast service nice comfortable waiting area and Rita is a gem (that's how you do customer service) will definitely recommend to others and be going back myself.
Once my car drove off the lot there has been no help at all on problems with my car. I have brought it into Preferred Jeep and they have been very helpful (should have bought my car from them!)! Nick my salesman has been worthless and I have spread the word not to purchase a car from your company.
Always amazingly friendly staff. Fair prices and great value!!!
