RecommendedAs someone who suffers from high anxiety when it comes to having dental work done, I was pleasantly surprised that I made it through 2 appointment with no worry. Dr. Frank was informative and knowledgeable and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!

The entire team at MyCareDental is fantastic. They are professional, caring and know you by name as your walk in the door. My family has been coming there for years and we would never go anywhere else. Dr. Joe is so kind and friendly and you can see how much he truly cares about his patients. Dr. Ian Cheng was a more than we could hope for when we needed it most. He opened the clinic late afternoon on a Sunday, near the holidays, to help us because our 2 year old daughter had just broken her tooth. He was quick and honest, gentle and considerate with our daughter and, without an assistant, he was able to temporarily repair her tooth, buying us the time we needed to go back home and see our family dentist for a final treatment. I will never forget his kindness!
Dr. Frank is so patient, calming and approachable. He is so appreciated by our whole family. He takes the time to explain things and address any concerns. Dr. Frank never makes you feel rushed or as if you are an inconvenience. We feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Frank! He is our dentist for life!

I am an employee of Henry Schein (Dental Distributor) and a friend of of Russ Dwarf the lead singer of the Killer Dwarfs. Russ planned on visiting Niagara however his front tooth bridge broke and came out. Due to his next concert scheduled he needed it fixed right away. I mentioned my dental office was open 7 days a week and that they are on top of technology. Russ traveled to Niagara and Dr. Ian Chen did emergency work on him last Saturday. Thanks for your great work and for saving the show this week Dr. Ian!!!
