I just finished a 5 week candida cleanse and feel amazing! It was the perfect beauty boost for the holiday season. I lost weight, cleaned out the toxins, enjoyed every minute of the spa treatments and couldn't be happier with my results. I thought I knew a lot about food but learned so much more from Dr. Segal. Five weeks was a big commitment but I would do it again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend his nutrition plans! I did it to wrap up 2016 on a healthy note but it would also be the perfect way to kick of 2017!

I love this place!The staff is professional and courteous!Always smiling.The place is conveniently located and they always have specials,groupons and great prices!I love that it is a holistic practice!I go for the body contour package and infrared sauna. I've been going for a couple of months now and have noticed some positive differences and I plan on continuing to go. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps offer memberships too!!Thank you
