Even back before the name change. Always excellent food,salsa,and great margaritas. My first pick in G J.
I've waited a long time for flavors like this. The jalapeno ranch salsa for the pollo rojo mini chimi is absolutely addicting. The service is spot on with great personable staff. If you haven't tried this place you don't know what you are missing. The watermelon jalapeno margaritas were so refreshing it is hard to stop at just one. I have to say if more restaurants in grand junction had food made with passion like mx tapas, I'd never want to leave.
