Our experience began with JAY JAFER from the Dearborn office. he had posted several ads on craigslist regarding several different homes. To begin with, EVERY appointment Jay made with us was either cancelled or he showed up late-up to TWO hours late! We initially wanted to look at a home in Detroit NEAR Dearborn but we were unable to see the home because someone apparently had gotten into the lockbox and taken the keys for the house.
