This is the fifth or sixth time these people have cut off my water and not say a word. They can ring my doorbell for me to live in their staff who they refused to give a key to. But can’t let me know if they are cutting off the water. The front door is broken, the apartment on the first floor is wide open windows and doors anyone can come in this place. It was not like this until they took over
Horribly dishonest company. They were always pleasant and helpful the whole 3 years we rented through them. Then when we moved out, we found out they lied to us when we moved in. Defrauded us out of much of the security deposit. We are working to file a criminal complaint with the State of Michigan. With the before/after pictures we have, we can show they lied.
