They contacted me about a reverse mortgage refi and talked with them for a few times. I was expecting a call the next day at a specific time after they checked my credit which is excellent. I have been told by other companies that I had an excellent reverse mortgage and would be hard to improve on. The agent I was dealing with must have found this out and didn't even bother to call me back which I think is highly unprofessional. Thanks anyway. The best people I have talked to was AAG.
