But six months later I was working on another refinance and all communication with my original senior loan officer stopped (as he had left the company) and all materials provided were not available in the s1l.com database. I got a good interest rate with no points and the whole process from application to closing only took about a month. The ****** mortgage program made it easy to find a lender with a good interest rate and low fees.
**** was very pleasant, patient and always answered my questions and addressed any concerns in a timely matter. He worked with me even when I began working 16+ hours per day and barely had time for anything else. I have refinanced before, and this was by far the best experience I ever had.
Always kept us in the loop and treated us like people, not a number. Entire process went smoothly and quickly.
