My first refinance went semi-smoothly. But six months later I was working on another refinance and all communication with my original senior loan officer stopped (as he had left the company) and all materials provided were not available in the s1l.com database. I emailed another loan officer and the office manager who took over the case and I had to start over from the beginning, needed two appraisals done on the house, and needed to provided updated paper work.
