My sister and I started loan refinancing with John *******June of this year 2020. It has taken more than 3 months to get processed and after all the waiting and delays and chronic need of documents, the approval comes in with surprise unconsented fees!! I have never written one of these before, but figure you should know. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Most unprofessional underwriting group I have ever worked with before. If you value your time at all, look elsewhere. Rates are not great either, not worth the time spent and the aggravation. These folks never proactively contacted me about required documents; I had to constantly follow-up in the hopes of keeping the process on track. I started a home loan refinance process. This bank is not trustworthy. My loan officer gave up on my investment loan process. It’s been two months and I haven’t got a loan estimate. We communicated thru text and phone calls on her private cell phone. I wonder if loan officers are supervised. Definitely a bad experience. I thought refinancing with a bank was supposed to be a formal business experience but it turn out to be a disappointing one.
