From my first contact, my calls, emails, and questions were always answered promptly and courteously. I had some scheduling challenges but they were ready to close within a few weeks. Even my delays were taken as a matter of course. Once I was available, we signed all documents quickly and without any hiccups.

The agent I worked with was so personable and honest. He was also so helpful and responsive. I only inquired with Mutual of Omaha because my first choice in lenders did not reply to me promptly but Mutual of Omaha always did. My agent walked me through the entire process with kindness and respect. He even helped me to save money! How insane is that? It feels as though he is a member of my family and he is invited to dinner at my new home any time

My mortgage team was efficient and communicated proactively and clearly throughout the process. Closing had a bit more in-person signatures than I expected given the e-closing process, but everything was as smooth as can be.

I had a great experience with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. It was easy, it was fast, and I was kept informed all along the way, which meant a lot to me. My last refinance with a different mortgage company was a total nightmare an the thing drug out for 3 months.
