Nothing but good things to say about Omaha Mortgage. Rates and closing costs were the lowest by far. Henry H. was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Never once did I feel like I was being "sold" a product I did not want. Will definitely come back for future business.

Terrible experience with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, when attempting to refinance my home. The pandemic has slowed the process down considerably, so Mutual of Omaha can't be blamed for what the entire industry is experiencing. They can however be blamed for charging a lock rate extension to the customer and sneaking those extra charges into the final paperwork just before signing hoping the customer will not notice the increased fees (bait and switch? with the closing costs?). Justin P. Was the person that helped me every step of the way. Justin’s timely responsiveness to my questions was over the top great. I would wake up to emails answering questions I sent the night before. I have never experienced over the top customer service like that from any business before. Other companies should have a customer service culture like Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. That type of culture from a business must come from the top down. If you're looking to re-finance, or purchase a new home, this is theonly company you'll need to call for financing. They not only provided us with an outstanding rate, but each staffmembert that we worked with, from start to finish, was professional and personable. Additionally, they were able to solve any problems that arose with a minimum of "bother' to the customer. I recently choose Mutual of Omaha for a refinance. This was the second refinance on my property in the past 7 years. Without a doubt, this was the smoothest of the two refinances. I initially worked with Jeff S. who took the time to explain my options, rates and terms, and how the process would work. My loan officers name is Jeff *****I decided to go with Mutual go Omaha because Jeff was very honest boy the fees and timeline of our loan. Jeff kept us updated throughout the process. He let us know the current rate and recommended us to lock the rate right now because his research led him to belief it won't go much lower. And he was right!
