Worst experience as a realtor I've ever had with a Lender. *************************** from the ********** ** office failed to return a number of emails and phone calls with messages left. This was during a time sensitive period and as a result she almost cost my buyer his escrow money. Technically due to her lack of communication he lost it per contract however I was able to fight on my own and get Zillow to refund it. Great service. One piece of advice, if you are getting a VA loan, ask about all the tests required upfront, so you don't get to the day before closing and realize you need a water and termite inspection..... get them done early.....
