Too bad they're not doing their jobs on home evaluation. Got PMI removal denied when literally identical houses a stone's throw from my townhouse sold for over 450K, and they said my identical house was sub 400 so they could keep charging me PMI. FRAUD IS BAD

Record keeping appears to be flawed. They harassed me because they thought I did not have insurance on my home. I proved I did by sending a copy of the paperwork. They said they were going to charge me insurance if I did not do so. They they sent a cancellation of that insurance followed by once again saying I had no insurance so I sent them proof once more. Then, my last **** was increased $200+ and I am still waiting to find out why. Their administrative practices ****, covid or no covid.

This company gave me false info an wasted 6 weeks of my time! & cost me interest rating. I was told from the start: this wont be like the old loans wen ur self employed,& close by the end of feb!The end of feb I had 2 giv them so much more stuff. Then now want 2022 proof I pd my taxes. Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Inc. worked diligently to close the borrowers loan, which funded on 5/11/2022. A review of correspondence between the borrower and MMI indicates that the company worked diligently to close the loan and that loan conditions placed on the file were necessary to satisfy investor guidelines. The borrower failed to provide required paperwork to close the loan, which lengthened the loan process and resulted in rate lock extension fees to keep her desired rate.
