Popular wisdom holds that this is the restaurant that kicked off the latest round in the fine dining craze in the North Bay. That may or may not be true. What is a fact is that chef Cindy Pawlcyn, who has since been influential in the creation of many other Bay Area restaurants, started here and is still involved in kitchen operations at her flagship restaurant. The atmosphere at Mustards is upscale roadhouse with an airy dining room and walls that are almost entirely made of windows. The staff is lively and and efficient.

The best pork chop ever !! The Mongolian Pork Chops are unbelievable !!
Not as good as it used to be. 20 min. wait with a reservation. 2 water glasses out of 5 sent back. One with food on it one with a hair in it. Food ok but not spectacular. Service was good once we were seated.
Fantastic seasonal food. Menu changes daily. Always fresh. Limited seating guarantees a wait for a table, but that varies with the tourists. Highly recommended. I hate to hold back a star, but the hostess situation has not improved over several visits. The greeting process needs to be able to accommodate high volumes without the "snarkiness we've received in the last 12 months.
John and I went there about one year ago while in Napa. Mustards was an amazing dining experience! The food, wine and waitstaff was all exceptional! I highly recommend this restaurant!
