What is a fact is that chef Cindy Pawlcyn, who has since been influential in the creation of many other Bay Area restaurants, started here and is still involved in kitchen operations at her flagship restaurant. The atmosphere at Mustards is upscale roadhouse with an airy dining room and walls that are almost entirely made of windows. The staff is lively and and efficient.

Had an awesome lunch last week and the lamb burger was amazing. Highly recommend the "onion rings." Great spot for meeting locals and the bar is great fun. Put on your must-eat list while in Napa.
We eat at Mustards Grill whenever we are in the wine country! ! **** must have reservations, and its best to get them weeks in advance!!!! Very popular for a very good reason!!

Absolutely love this restaurant. You had me at hello and have had me ever since. My first visit was over 13 years ago. We highly recommend anyone who visits the area that Mustards Grill is a must. Love the service, the farm fresh food and the favorites mixed in with seasonal items to keep it fun and new every visit.

Great place to go one of the best steaks I have ever had and haven't had anything on the menu I didn't like not to mention great service
The worst. Their reception - Fatima - hung up on us after calling ahead and ten minutes late. They don't care about customer service. Another tourist trap for out-of-towners. Go elsewhere.
