Very very old school, but a fun experience! Good proximity to the Pantages, and a true Hollywood experience!
Incredible experience! We sat in Charlie Chaplin's booth, in the corner. Two booths down was where Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio would dine. The food was wonder, just like the atmosphere!
My family has been having meals here, including flannel cakes when my grandfather would take my father and my uncle on weekends, since the 1940's. It was my grandmother's favorite restaurant. She always had the beef "tornadoes ". (They're now called Grenadine of Beef) There's no place like it. A thoroughly unique experience.
Love the avocado salad, flannel cakes, and simple omelet.
