I always love stopping in and seeing the gang. Randi does incredible design work. Picked up a couple pieces of beautiful sea glass that she designed.
Fantastic Service! Tom the owner/manager is a great guy and gives great advice. I bought a Tavannes watch from them and they sized it and engraved it for me. They were fast and it looks awesome! Their prices are incredibly fair and the support staff are great as well. I want to say I dealt with Randy for the engraving and she really gave me her upmost attention and did a great job! All in all very impressed with not only the store and selection but very happy with my watch! Thanks for being awesome Musselman!

Have to tell you I don't feel the love ....I bought a beautiful ring after nearly have to beg for one to be sold to me ..I would have went elsewhere but I believe in independent jewelry stores and they are difficult to find . Call after call would go unanswered as I waited for the ring and low and behold 2 months later am still waiting for the paperwork I would need to get the ring insured ......call after call STILL goes unanswered ....I'm starting to think I expect to much from people anymore but I'm old school

I would just like to thank the owner, I was in their store in Christmas in July. You were supposed to pick a box with a bow on it an you would get what ever percentage off that was in the box. I mentioned to the owner do you give a discount for disabled vets, without blinking an eye he said 25%. Needless to say I didn't pick a box. I thanked him very much and it will always be a pleasure doing business with Musselman's Jewelers, I've been going there for years for an add a pearl for my daughter and never thought, even though... read more
