I was told by my daughter’s doctor AND the surgery center (specifically Linda and the female who called to tell me arrival time) that my presence was not even needed for the surgery and that my parents could attend with her. The morning of her surgery I find out that they won’t do anything without my presence. Would be nice if the people in this joint were on the same page 🏻
RecommendedMy daughter had surgery there on Wednesday. Everyone was so kind and patient and thorough! Dr. Potts was awesome and the nurses in the recovery room held my daughter's hand and rubbed her back when she woke up crying. Every person there was wonderful. Makes this Mama's heart happy! They have also called twice to check-in on how she is feeling/doing. Thank you all!

Been here since 6 a.m. for husbands knee surgery. Surgery was done at 9:30 a.m. and I have been told he is fine, then recovering, etc. They keep changing when I can go back. Sent me for scripts. Called me back to bring the walker, and stated I could go back. Then changed their mind. I understand coronavirus and was screened at the door along with my husband this morning. This, at 2 p.m., not being allowed to go see him is unacceptable. NOT well done!

I would highly recommend Muskegon Surgery Center! It is so much better than the hospital! It was clean , comfortable and very welcoming! The nurses took quality time with me and I never felt that they were rushed to get to the next paitent. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly!

Loved the place !!!! I had my shoulder surgery there. The staff,nurses and Drs were fabulous. Highly recommend.
