I mostly just go there to buy the occasional set of strings and browse. That being said, staff is courteous and knowledgable. I might also buy another banjo down the line from these folks.
I've been shopping here for years.No bad experiences that I can think of. They are a little bit pricey on some of the used items. I recently purchased a seven string guitar and I'm satisfied with it, the price was fair.
Great people & A LOT to choose from!!! Will definitely keep it in mind for next time. Drove an hour to get there and it was worth it!
it has been a great experience for me buying from this store online. I bought a used Marshall Mode 4 head from the site and at the end of the day I had an email from Brian the internet sales manager letting me know there was a problem with the power switch and gave me the option of waiting while they sent it to a tech, or issuing a refund. a lot of companies I have dealt with in the past would simply ship the broken merchandise and blame the damage on shipping. not these guys.
