Great to do business with. Patrick answered all questions I had. Very fast shipping and no surprises when item arrived.
I have been going to music go round since i started playing music. All of the guys have always been respectful and have helped to trouble shoot gear problems. Also i once had my guitar stolen and they assisted in the return of my instrument and gave me a deal on a replacement instrument until i got it back. if your looking fora place with good customer service musicians that actually care about you getting your perfect rig this is the place to go.
So many great deals, I used to live near Louisville, KY and frequented the Music Go Round location there, and I'm glad to say that the Greenfield store is just as great if not better. The staff are great dudes too.
I've been coming here for years. Only music store in the greater mke area that I go to.
