I brought my son with me who doesn't live with me because we both wanted to purchase a guitar each...only to be told only 1 per customer, per FAMILY, unless we trade in 1. Helpful to know beforehand before we visited. Can't also be in business if you barely sell anything either.

RecommendedTop notch customer service from these guys! They'll treat you the same if you want to buy a $90 amp or a $900 amp. None of that music store gate keeping crap around here. Ryan (even though he told me he doesn't normally work on the floor) truly went above and beyond to make me truly happy with my purchase. If you're trying to find a place you can keep going back to, look no further.

Not super awesome service today. I’ve purchased quite a bit from this location, and they not only barely gave me the time of day today, they wouldn’t budge one dollar on a pretty beat up amp I could have paid cash for. That’s a great business position to be in! I’m off to the next place.
