Great experience with equipment purchase. Spent a lot of time on the phone with Chris, who was very patient and knowledgable, an old Linn guy. Received the merchandise the next day as promised. Great deal and the epos speakers sound wonderful! Recommend highly.
I placed an order for a vinyl I've been searching for. It's on sale, shipping isn't bad, great, I placed the order. Then on my receipt it tells me "awaiting repress" I email - no response. I call, then get the rudest customer service person I've ever talked to (Rob? Ron?) who tells me they have no idea when it will be in. Asked to cancel and they can't provide any cancellation email or confirmation - just a number. Will never be returning as a customer!!
They need a new webmaster. This website is stuck in the 80's! It will not load, will not retain your cart and is just outdated! Wow!
