Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Poor communication at best!
I ordered 5 copies of the Commitments ost on colored vinyl a year ago and you sent me the black versions. I even stated in the comments that you should make sure I get sent the colored vinyl versions by Music on Vinyl. My recent order of Marvin Gaye Collected (2 copies) on colored vinyl arrived and you sent me the black vinyl again. The only reason you didn't get a poor rating is that I'm waiting for you to rectify this mistake. The shipping is so slow. It takes weeks to get my order. I even paid for shipping even if my order is eligible for free shipping just to see if it will make a difference. Unfortunately, it did not. I still don't have my orders now. Unbelievable as i even get my orders faster from Discogs. Shipping sucks!
The real deal! Will continue to do business with them as time goes on.
Customer service is very poor. Snotty, condescending communication when I do get an email back from them. I have been a loyal Music Direct customer and was considering a larger purchase with the company. Unfortunately they have lost my business. Music Direct - "It's The Music That Matters, Certainly not the Customer!"
