Speakers shipped in flimsy factory cartons which arrived torn, gouged and with speakers knocking around inside because styrofoam endcaps had shattered. I left a "Fair" review on Amazon Marketplace complaining of failure to package gear more securely. However, Music Direct simply got Amazon to pull down my review, maintaining their illusory 100% customer rating. Don't believe it! And don't order equipment online from them.
If these guys have what you order in stock, it's shipped immediately and you receive it accordingly. Very impressed with what they already have in stock, no waiting. Nothing but good experiences whether it's music to play, or equipment to play it on.
