Ordered a reciever for our store. Competitive pricing. Quit working a few days after placed in service. Have recieved the run-around attempting to have it retuned and replaced. Was within the 60 day guarantee but were told couldnt return because we did not have the origional packaging. Will not do business here in the future and not likely to recommend to others.
Very disappointed with Music Direct. Purchased a power supply via Amazon. The product was defective (introduced loud buzzing periodically). Took me a week or two to discover due to travel. Trying to be a good customer I first tried manufacturer. When I requested an exchange (not refund) they refused as I was outside the 30 days (only just). RecommendedThis store was a gem find!! I took my Pro-Ject here today and the staff was amazing!! Besflores was the gentleman who I ended up working with. He took the time to explain the player and it’s parts to me. He was beyond gracious and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this store enough!! Music Direct rocks! I live in the Chicago area and I ordered the awesome Groovetracer reference sub platter for my Rega Planar 3 on Tuesday afternoon and they shipped immediately and I received it the very next day! And oh what a difference it made. Everything sounds more precise and clean. That and the Music Hall Cruise Control I got from them and my 35 year old table sounds amazing. I really enjoy stopping in on Saturday to pick things up and shop their vinyl sales. First class operation, thanks to the team!

Perfect every time! I have bought lots of equipment and have never been less than satisfied!
Not sure why some people left bad comments but I’ve ordered many vinyls (more than $1,000 I guess) either sent to Taiwan or to my freight forwarder in the US. Really friendly customer support and easy to communicate with. Would have been even better if there’s discounted shipping for international customers for orders over a specific amount, e.g.$99 I’d recommend MD to anyone in Taiwan!
