Today my friend went to Music City Nails as a customer and was denied services for her manicure due to expressing concerns and disapproval of her pedicure. I find that extremely rude and very unprofessional. Please understand it is total ok for a customer who is paying to express disapproval for a service that was not done correctly. I would not recommend Music City Nails and I hope that people would read this review and spare themselves the awful experience.
I had a 4 o’clock appt with Christina and because she was with someone else she had another guy do my pedicure. I got denied service for a manicure because I was unhappy with my pedicure. Instead of saying I apologize Christina said she did not want to do my manicure. She is a awful person and she should not own a business. This is a terrible place to get your nails done and they have terrible customer service. I was made to look like I was wrong for not liking a service I was paying for!!!!! We love it here! They do their absolute best to accommodate all their customers- who are all walk-ins. And customers are kind to each other and wait patiently for their turn. The music is great as well as the television channels. There’s great energy in the salon and that matters so much when a mani/pedi is a time to relax. Great prices, too!
The nail tech was excellent, the massage was wonderful!
I went there yesterday, waited 45 mins to have the wrong service done and then wait to get it redone. And my gel mani has already chipped in under 24 hours. I would appreciate a refund but I don’t think I’d been get anyone to contact me.
