Pedicure was great. Be warned that the owner will charge you a Sanitization fee even if you bring your own mask and hand sanitizer. You will be charged $3 for 1 pump of hand sanitizer. Disappointed in this policy. The cost of a mask and sanitizer is far less than this per customer and should not be passed along if it is not utilized.
My bridal party and I planned mani/pedis with Music City Nails and it was less than pleasant. When we walked in the Male owner was immediately annoyed and never spoke to us pleasantly. The owner's wife was very upset when my maid of honor asked her to do my pedicure first because I had another appointment to get. During my entire pedicure, she told me getting married was a mistake and she regrets getting married. Not something you say to a paying customer who is getting married the next day. It saddens me to write this review. After years of going here to get my nails done, recommending this place to friends and family, getting to know the nail techs on a personal level.... I will not be returning. My son, who has been there numerous times with me, took his partner to get pedicures. The owner's wife was very rude to my son's partner... to the point of telling him to "smell" what she had clipped from his toes. I wonder if she treats many customers this way, or just gay ones? I certainly have never had this treatm... read more
