I’ve been 3 times. Today the owners wife was upset I complained that I didn’t get what I paid for. Mind you, she was the one who did it. Then approached me with an Attitude. Had I not been the only woman of color in there I would have blanked. I paid my $80 (for something I didn’t get) and left. And I wasn’t upset until she approached me and kept at it. Every other experience has been great but not being offered a discount and the lack of customer service will keep me away!

I am a regular customer that has been coming to Music City Nails for over 10 years. I always bring my young daughter with me and the staff has always been kind and provided excellent service. They go the extra mile to make my nails perfect for whatever event that I’m attending. They also fix my daughters nails so that she won’t feel left out.
