If you are anything like me, it's difficult to pull the switch and buy a new bike. MCI has been putting up with me for months on end and as we say in the South, bless their hearts. Normally, at a time like this I would recommend their services but I'm not going to do that today. I will however tell you, that if you are in the market or even the least bit a little curious and you dont go directly to Music City Indian, you have lost everything that makes your brain worthwhile. These guys are awesome!! Less than a year ago, I never thought we'd have a motorcycle and now here we are with 2! Y'all have made me an Indian fan for life.
Most people think of dealerships as a place to avoid and not trust... I have had my share of bad experiences at other shops. That changed when I went to MCI. The guys all ride and know bikes. Joey was able to listen to my concerns and figure out the bike did have an issue. Not often people care but these guys do. Kameron always greets me with a handshake and a smile. Awesome store and absolutely great staff. These guys are top notch.
Incredibly nice people that are knowledgeable and helpful with what you need, whether it be service or a new ride, and friendly when you’re just there to hang out and see what they have on the floor. Also, the shop dog is adorable, so there’s that!
