I had a buddy drive up there was at the door before ten am to buy an 883 sportster and salesman joke Ellis already sold it to a buddy of his before business hours piss poor way to do business I would not recommend any one to shop there
Music City Indian is awesome to deal with. You’re treated like a friend. It’s the only dealership that I ever looked forward to going to after 35 years of racing riding and just enjoying motorcycles. If car dealers ran a business like music city Indian there would nothing left for sale in their parking lots but happy customers MCI makes owning an Indian special. The only thing special I ever felt from a hd dealer was glad I bought Indians.
I understand that this is a rather long post but also feel that these guys are worth the time to write about. My wife and I walked into Music City Indian Motorcycle on January 4, 2018 around 4pm, unsure if we would even find the bike that we were looking for. I have had bad experiences at my local Indian dealership trying to get the issues I was having with my 2016 Chieftain fixed but Music City Indian went above my expectations to get these issues taken care of far beyond what I expected. I will not look anywhere else when I am ready to purchase a new Indian motorcycle in the future. I will recommend Music City Indian to everyone I know and can't say enough about the service they gave me. 5 star service all around!
