Just had my Springfield serviced here today. Excellent work, Joey, Matt, Cameron, and Blaine were courteous and very knowledgeable, answering any and all questions that I had. Even the dumb questions that I had. I highly recommend the staff at Music City Indian. This is the only place that I’ll take my Indian to for service. Five ⭐️ service.

Best shop in TN. I made the mistake of buying from another dealer in Chattanooga, but their service department was inadequate and unprofessional. All of our service and future purchases will be done exclusively at Music City Indian. Thanks Cameron, Joey (best tech ever), and Matthew. Alice would have been sold if you guys had not found and fixed the problem.
I came to their showroom today for an open house. I work nearby so the bikes outside have always caught my attention. I told the staff that I was not in the market just yet for a new motorcycle but was interested in my next one being an Indian. They were very friendly and informative. They spend time telling me the history of the brand and going over the different models. Definitely will return. Excellent experience.

I have to say, these guys are solid. They made me an outstanding deal on a bike, but I bought local in North Alabama due to a friend at the dealership here. These guys know their stuff and I would recommend them. All they sell is Indian, so they know what it takes to make them run. They also have a relationship with Polaris to try new things.
