I recently placed two orders. Both arrived before the estimated due date, were wrapped with great care, a box within a box filled with Styrofoam peanuts. The music boxes were beautiful and the musical mechanism was perfect. Excellent service. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience!

I have recently purchased four beautiful Sorrento Inlaid Wooden Music boxes for our four granddaughters birthdays! The boxes were Beautiful! The music sounded great and the velvet bags they arrived in was awesome! When I had a question regarding one of the boxes, the response from ***** at Music Box Attic was so prompt and helpful, I couldn't believe the great service!! I highly recommend this wonderful company for not only their unique gifts, but also their great service!

I recently ordered a music box from Music Box Attic. Here is a company that does it right. Ordered the Music Box on a Tuesday and it arrived on Saturday. I made an error in the order and emailed Music Box Attic of the error. They emailed me back within an hour letting me know the error had been corrected. Here is how the music box was packed. I received my order in 2 days,and in excellent condition.The box itself is above expectations,not one flaw anywhere on it.The color is far better than the picture. Now the not so good. The tune,isnt very good,yes,it plays just flawlessly,but is almost unrecognizable.I know what it was supposed to be,but completely out of tune. Overall though,it is a beautiful,well made piece. ****** S.

Music Box Attic was super in helping me create a music box for my baby granddaughter! I had composed a little lullaby and only had sheet music. They were able to use my custom music and convert it to a digital music box sound. The box and plaque were very nice. It was a perfect gift. The sound is lovely.
