Sent defective product, promised to send replacement, they forgot, called to remind them. They sent USPS and I told them it wouldn't arrive in time for Valentine's Day, he assured me it would, it didn't arrive in time and now everyone is disappointed. I'm sure I will also need to fight to get my money back.
The customer service was absolutely superb! I had to adjust my order and they were VERY helpful, VERY courteous, and I cannot day enough about how amazing the customer service was. It's also amazing how I ordered a music box and received it in less than a week! The quality is amazing and so was this entire experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.
