The music box had the covering not centered, bubbly and not neat at the corners. The music was tinny. When sent a message to return and request postage, I received this: "yes these are not very high quality boxes, our wooden ones are much, much better and not that much more in some cases." I paid $35.00 for the music box.

As other reviewers have said, the customer service by ***** is fantastic. He Explained all options so clearly over the phone before I placed my order. I received my box sooner than expected, and the quality of my original music converted to "music-box" sound was as awesome as ***** told me it would be! I'm extremely pleased.

The music box came today. It's beautiful! And as soon as I opened the box I smiled. My wife and I heard the song, "Manoir de Mes Reves," played by a violin & guitar duo on one of our very first dates. We loved it so much that we hired them to play at our wedding. This is such a perfect anniversary gift! Thanks, *****

Haven't received my music box yet (ordered it yesterday) but felt compelled to leave a review on the customer service alone. My emails were replied to quickly and my questions were answered in a direct and helpful manner. I needed to change my shipping method after the event I was going to gift it at changed dates and they accommodated me so that I could receive the gift before the event I needed to give it at.

Amazing customer service and beautiful music box! Received it within two-three days of order request for 25th anniversary gift. Price point was high, but music was customized and jewelry box engraved. Gift recipient loved the musical jewelry box that played their wedding song! Music Box Attic's representative promptly answered call, was professional, and guaranteed speedy delivery. They came through in a pinch. Would definitely recommend service for anyone who wants to find a special keepsake for family or loved ones.

I purchased a music box in Germany while we were on vacation there for a birthday present for my mother who had visited us in Germany while we were there on a military assignment. We thought the connection with the past was a perfect gift, unfortunantly when we got home the music did not work on the movement. Music Box Attic was contacted for warranty repairs and they immediately sent us a new movement. The new movement arrived within a couple of days and the music box is in perfect condition. These music boxes are very good quality. The tunes have a lovely sound. I also bought a music song box , I was alittle worried. It came out beautiful ! I would reccomend this company. Their customer service is also excellent. I recieved my music boxes within 4 days, packed safely. They answer the phone and were very helpful.

I could not have been more pleased with the service or quality of the music box I received with a custom tune in traditional music box format from Music Box Attic. The gentleman I corresponded with was extremely helpful and professional, it was certainly a pleasure to do business with him and this company. I give them the highest recommendation.
