I purchased a music box as a Christmas present for my daughter. It arrived promptly, and packaged very securely. The box itself is stunning; very sturdily made, with a beautiful finish. The sound quality is amazingly clear. But what I am most impressed is the fantastic customer service! I was given a beautiful Music Box Attic grand piano music box by my late father. In packing/moving, two of the three brass caster feet fell off and were lost. ***** offered to contact a supplier to replace the feet at no charge, and hopefully they'll be here within a month. Now, THAT is customer service!
