In my opinion this is the place to go to for a music box. Not only is the box beautiful, it came promptly and well packed, but the customer service is truly amazing. When the box arrived and I tested it, the music was not the song I ordered. I called customer service ( ***** M) and he could not have been nicer. It turned out I had ordered the wrong song, one with a similar name. So disappointed in music box. Ordered Frozen music box for granddaughter. Added her beautiful picture and it came out looking dark and ugly!! Volume on song very low! Sent an email to company and haven't heard back!!
