Muse salon is such a great, relaxing, and professional salon! I’ve been getting my hair done there for a very long time now & i don’t have enough words to say! I always look forward to my hair days and coming to spend time with some of my favorite girls at Muse! Plus they have won best salon in vestavia for the last 4 years in a row!! That should definitely tell you something! 10/10 recommend this salon!
I have always had an amazing experience at Muse especially with my hair bestie, Beck. She ALWAYS delivers what I ask of her (even when it changes a million times because i’m indecisive) HIGHLY recommend her! Go get the hair of your dreams!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt compelled to share, as my experience didn’t match the glowing ones I read. I’ve gotten balayage for years and was very excited to get it done at this salon as a birthday present — the photos and reviews truly looked great. Unfortunately, I am disappointed. I paid $350 (including tip) for color, a trim, and a product fee. While I was willing to invest, the results didn’t reflect the price. The hair color turned out OK, but be prepared to pay extra for everything. Blow drying your hair ("blow-out") is another $55 otherwise you can leave with wet hair (I did agree to this ahead of time). This time they also charged me a $15 "product fee." What's next, a fee for brushing my hair? The cost of hair coloring should include product already, the only "extra" thing they did was a few spritz of hair spray. I could buy a whole bottle of hair spray for the $15 fee.
