This was easily the worst protein rich food I've ever tasted. The pudding was extremely tart and was very acidic and the after taste was like a rubber tire. The "peanut butter balls" or lack there of, didn't even have a hint of peanut butter in it. They were very astringent and had no positive flavor what-so-ever. .5/5. I would not recommend this "power food" to anyone!!!

I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 20 years, and 15 of those years I have been an avid weightlifter. This is the first product that not only tastes great, but provides the protein I need for my training, and doesn't spike my blood glucose levels. I have eaten the pudding both pre and post workout, and while I still need to give myself the proper dose of insulin (based on the nutritional information provided) I don't see those highs that I have seen from other products.
