Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments? Yes, they always help me out Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The major issue is that Dr Murray and his staff are always in sales mode. It can feel less like an eye doctor and more like a pitch. He is extremely expensive.
