Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I have gone to Dr. Johnson for 15 years. He is the best. His staff is very prompt in returning calls, scheduling, etc. and he is very friendly and personable. But the most important thing is, he is a GREAT doc. I have some unique eye issues that other doctors haven't been able to treat very well (I tried other docs while I was in grad school in order to save money....Dr. Johnson is very expensive). Dr. Johnson got me seeing better than any of the other doctors I saw. To me, the extra expense is worth it.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I've been going to Dr.Johnson for over 10 years, I have Karataconus, and I know that Dr.Johnson is one of the only doctors in the area that specialize in Karataconus patients, they use sophisticated optical equipment specifically for Karataconus patients, also when being fitted for contacts they will have you come back for as many follow up visits as it takes to ensure a proper fitting. I highly recommend Dr.Johnson.

I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Would you recommend this optometrist to others? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
