Terrible customer service, super rude employees, raised prices because of the military in the area. You're better off driving out of town for sales or service. I bought a car before they switched owners and had a terrible experience. I thought they'd be better with the new owners and recommended a friend buy a car there. took My keys without asking, also forgot to take off the old oil filter gasket and almost cost me an engine
Poor service. Went to go in for a simple oil change and got turned away. Should really consider adding a express lane.
Best place I ever got a vehicle at. MR. Hadley up there was the best. Nice atmosphere and they will do whatever they can to get you into the vehicle you desire. Awesome place!
This is my second time purchasing a car Murray Ford and I'm just as happy with our new purchase as the first time! David and Elizabeth put in so much time and effort with me to make sure we found the right fit for me and our family. Not to mention that you can't beat the warranties they offer!
I'm so in love with my new 2015 ford Taurus. Elizabeth, David & the other staff that helped me today were AWESOME! Murray ford is always our go too dealership. This is my 2nd vehicle through Murray ford & other family members have used them also. Such an amazing group of people.
