Far from home, my husband had a front wheel bearing problem on his Mercury Mountaineer. Murray Ford checked it out right away, confirmed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it the next day. The service was prompt, professional, and friendly. A good Ford service experience all around.

Bought a 2016 mustang, to go with our '89 (time for a make over on the '89, anyone know Chip Foose?) The guys at Murray Ford are great. They weren't pushy and didn't try to put us in a car that we weren't looking for, just down to earth nice guys! On the 25th of November, Murray Ford performed a recall service on my wife's 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Although I have no issues with the work that was performed, I am very unhappy with the condition and cleanliness in which it was returned to me. Furthermore, once I pointed the issues out to the service rep it was as if I was not supposed to be upset about this.
